ChilePork in Chile Food, Wine and Travel, Japan

Attendees  enjoyed a buffet featuring pork, including a variety of dishes made with pork belly ChilePork.

In the context of the celebration of 120 years of bilateral relations between Chile and Japan, the Chile Food, Wine and Travel event was held on October 18 at the Hotel Conrad.

The activity was headed by ProChile. Former President of Chile and current Ambassador on Special Mission to the Asia-Pacific Region Eduardo Frei and ProChile Director Alejandro Buvinic hosted the event, which offered attendees the opportunity to enjoy a buffet featuring pork, including a variety of dishes made with pork belly ChilePork.

Attendees included importers of pork, other food products and wine, representatives from the HORECA trade, retailers, supermarket and convenience store chains and public and private Japanese associations and authorities.
